*Shipping Update – United States*
Due to recent disruptions affecting Qatar Airways routes related to the Iran conflict, my local postal service has temporarily paused shipments from my country to the United States.Because of this, physical poster orders to the U.S. cannot currently be shipped. The postal service is actively working to find an alternative shipping route, and I will resume normal shipping as soon as service becomes available again.
If you are located in the United States and would still like to purchase a poster, you will receive your artwork as a high-quality PDF file by email, which you can download and print locally.

- WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
all posters are handmade, packed and shipped from my home studio in SLOVAKIA (EUROPE) within 1-4 business days.

- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I currently ship everywhere except the USA and Middle East (due to Iran War shipping disruptions).
- SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING
the current rates for orders below 100 EUR are:
- domestic (slovakia): 3 EUR
- EU countries: 9 EUR (no tracking number)
- rest of the world (US, Canada, Australia, etc.): 11 EUR (no tracking number)
- EU countries: 20 EUR (with tracking number)
- rest of the world (US, Canada, Australia, etc.): 24 EUR (with tracking number)

- SHIPPING TIMES
the postal service estimates are:
- domestic (slovakia): 1-3 business days
- EU countries: 3-5 business days
- rest of the world: 6 - 12 business days
-please note that these are just estimates provided by my postal service and shipping times can vary greatly. this is unfortunately out of my control and I'm not responsible for any delays that may occur during the shipping process-
all orders are shipped via standard mail. if no recipient is available during delivery, the package will be available for pick-up at the nearest post office.
*RETURNS & EXCHANGES*
I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
All discounted purchases are final. If your order arrives damaged or if there are any issues, please get in contact with me so we can sort out a solution.
If you're not happy with your full-price purchase and you'd like to return it, please contact me within 5 days after receiving it. I'll provide all the return information as quickly as possible! You'll be able to receive a full refund on the cost of the returned products - the shipping fee is non-refundable. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your order is returned to me, I can re-send it. You may have to pay the cost of shipping it again.
Please double check your delivery address before placing your order and get in contact with me within 24 hours of ordering if you realise there is a mistake. I will not re-send or refund orders lost due to the wrong address. You will have to pay the cost of re-sending returned orders due to the wrong address.
