all posters are handmade, packed and shipped from my home studio in SLOVAKIA (EUROPE) within 1-4 business days.

I currently ship everywhere.
- SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING
the current rates for orders below 120 EUR are:
- domestic (slovakia): 3 EUR
- EU countries: 7.50 EUR
- rest of the world (US, Canada, Australia, etc.): 9.50 EUR
-please note that any custom fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of your order-

the postal service estimates are:
- domestic (slovakia): 1-3 business days
- EU countries: 3-5 business days
- rest of the world: 6 - 12 business days

all orders are shipped via registered mail, which means the package will require a signature upon delivery. if no recipient is available during delivery, the package will be available for pick-up at the nearest post office and, in some countries, you can schedule a re-delivery. for more info, you can always check the tracking updates on your country's postal service website with the tracking number provided.
*RETURNS & EXCHANGES*
I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
All discounted purchases are final. If your order arrives damaged or if there are any issues, please get in contact with me so we can sort out a solution.
If you're not happy with your full-price purchase and you'd like to return it, please contact me within 5 days after receiving it. I'll provide all the return information as quickly as possible! You'll be able to receive a full refund on the cost of the returned products - the shipping fee is non-refundable. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your order is returned to me, I can re-send it. You may have to pay the cost of shipping it again.
Please double check your delivery address before placing your order and get in contact with me within 24 hours of ordering if you realise there is a mistake. I will not re-send or refund orders lost due to the wrong address. You will have to pay the cost of re-sending returned orders due to the wrong address.
